Advantages:

1. Through magnetic stirring, the alloy composition of the metal melt can be achieved to be uniform.

Usually, stirring for 20 minutes can meet the composition uniformity index.

It solves the contact pollution caused by mechanical stirring and the instability of alloy composition uniformity caused by manual stirring due to factors such as skill, physical strength or work attitude.

2. Through non-contact stirring, “contamination” of the melt is reduced.

4. Through stirring, the melt temperature during smelting can be made uniform, and the surface and bottom temperatures of the melt are <4 degrees, which solves the problem of overburning and oxidation caused by local overheating of the melt.

6. It can reduce the generation of oxidized slag because when the melt reaches above 760, the oxidation and suction of the metal intensify.

Permanent magnetic stirring can make the temperature in the melt uniform and improve the conditions for generating oxidized slag, which can generally be reduced by 20%.

It can reduce the frequency of furnace cleaning and help extend the furnace’s life.

7. The directional flow of the magnet stirrer is conducive to the accumulation of oxidized slag on the melt surface and facilitates slag removal, thus reducing the labor intensity and conditions of workers.

8. Under strong magnetic stirring, the melt is forced to flow, which increases the nucleation energy and nucleation simultaneity of crystal grains in the liquid phase, making the crystal nuclei increase uniformly, which is conducive to the refinement of the alloy structure.

9. The rotating magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet can better solve the problem of uniformity of the chemical composition of the solution.
